When applying for an Airside Operators Licence at Gatwick Airport you will be asked to provide evidence that you have a contract in place to recover your vehicle(s) in the event that they become stranded whilst operating within the restricted area.

WH Recovery operates both landside and airside at Gatwick Airport offering an Airside Recovery Agreement to meet the requirements of your Airside Operator Licence at Gatwick Airport.

How to request an Airside Recovery Agreement?
You can call 01293 540024 or email Garry Smallwood and we will send out the Airside Recovery Agreement to you.
If you do not already have an account with us we will also you an account application so you can use our services at any time.

How long does it take to get the Airside Recovery Agreement back?
Once you have read, signed and returned the Airside Recovery Agreement we will pass the agreement on to our accounts department who will raise an invoice for the annual administration fee.
If you already have and account with us the Airside Recovery Agreement will be signed and sent straight back to you.
Without an account the Airside Recovery Agreement will be signed and returned to you after the administration fee has been received.

How can I pay the annual administration fee?
If you have an account with us you can pay by BACS in 30 days.
If you are opening an account or do not have an account you can pay by same day BACS or credit card.

Are there any other charges?
There are no other charges unless you use our services which will be at the current rate when or if you call for assistance.
